Bear!

I finally got to wear my adorable snowsuit when Mommy and I went to mutual Tuesday night. I had to check out the hood 'cause I was curious about the strangeness surrounding my face!

Stroller!

I had my first stroller ride a few days ago. I liked it other than the fact that it was bad timing on my parents' part and I got really hungry (if you look closely, I'm crying in the picture with Daddy).

One Month Old!

I turned one month old yesterday! Between Grandma Ann and Grandma Kimmy, I have lots of Irish garb! At the rate I'm growing, some of it may not fit by St. Patrick's Day, so we celebrated a little early! I even have cute socks. As of last night, I weighed exactly ten pounds with clothes on, so who knows what I am naked- this was just with Mommy holding me on a digital scale!

Gas Drops

I get gassy sometimes. Mommy gives me Target brand Mylicon drops. I don't like them very much.

[Mommy here: they have virtually no taste. But I guess if you're used to sweet breastmilk, something of a thicker texture with no flavor is a little unsettling]

Look at me grow!

Seven days old:
Twenty-nine days old (froggy face!):
I slept for SEVEN HOURS last night. Go, me (and no, Jen, we haven't babywise'd yet. May not have to at this rate!).

4 weeks

I wore my first dress (and tights!) ever today! And went to Church for the first time! Grandma Olsen held me all through Sacrament meeting. Well, for the part we made it for. Since I slept so well last night, Mommy and Daddy didn't get out of bed until 9:50 and Church starts at 10:30. But they got me fed, bathed, and dressed, and they both showered and got ready, and we made it there by 11 (and they got there just in time to take the Sacrament). I'm impressed with them, aren't you?
Don't worry, I am buckled up when I am in my carseat. But we were home and Mommy had to show you my cute dress. When she was showing you the embroidery on my shirt, I yawned!

Yes, my hair is as weird as it looks. I'm going through that my-hair-is-falling-out stage. Daddy is concerned about it, but it WILL grow back!

I fell back asleep on the couch, and Mommy caught me smiling!

I love my chair! Though my face doesn't show it here.

Then I took a nap on my cute quilt that Lisa from Church made for me.

Wow!

Actually, I slept over FIVE HOURS STRAIGHT last night. Then I ate quickly and slept four more.

25 days

Yesterday I turned 25 days old. Mommy dressed me in this cute outfit for my first big outing (other than Doctor visits). We went to a visiting teaching workshop at Church. Everyone thought I was super cute (duh).

And here are some random shots of me:

Funny face: February 16th: Contortionist: I do this (put my legs like this and poof out my belly; I also lift my butt in the air sometimes) a lot when I get my diaper changed: February 18th: Catching some sun: February 19th:

Trying out my chair again

Monday, February 16th... This cute strawberry outfit was picked out by Auntie Caitlin.

I liked my chair a lot better this time. I even fell asleep in it (and kinda fell over).
So Mommy propped me up. I sleep in my chair occasionally now.

Pretty in Purple- 2/16

Brother and Sister Welch from Georgia gave me this pretty gown. Mommy loves me in gowns. Actually, she loves me in anything. I'm always cute. But gowns are marvelously practical. When Mommy is ready to go out and about, she's going to Wal-Mart (actually probably Target, it's cleaner for me) to get a zillion more.

The yellow blanket is from Great Grandma Marma.

More 3 weeks pics

I love my Daddy! I always stare at him when he's around.

We tried a second photo shoot for the day- had to try out this cute sweater from Grandma Kimmy.

For the record, I'm not always this bug-eyed. I get a little weirded out when Mommy sits me in the corner of the recliner for pictures. And my eyes aren't as brown as they appear in lots of pictures. They are still a dark blue-grey, but getting more of a brown tinge. They'll probably turn out brown, but for now, they still have their newborn blue appearance.

Hanging out with Daddy

Dressed up for my photo shoot. These are cute corduroys from Grandma Kimmy.

Mommy got the shirt to go with them at Wal-Mart. It says "girl." I wanted to look to my left rather than at the camera.

Mommy tried adjusting me and I got mad.

So she gave me my plug. I sure do love that thing.
