My First Christmas

I joined Mommy, Auntie Cait, Gramma Kimmy, and Grandpa Ken in the family bed Christmas morning! Yes, I have crazy teeth and an underbite. I'm oh-so-cute!

I wasn't real interested in my stocking.

Or staying by the tree for pictures.

I did like testing out my new clothes.

I liked the bows on presents

I got stripped out of my jammies because it was so hot because of the fire. I watched Grandpa stoke it while I tried out my new shoes

I played with one of my new toys and talked on its phone (I'm so smart! I say "hello" [which comes out "oh"] on the phone, but not on real phones- I'm stubborn like that)

I sat in the wrapping paper trash with my runny nose

And had my first eggs. I'm eleven months old now!

I wore this to Church the Sunday after Christmas. I looked so pretty, but I wasn't very cooperative for pictures!!

Crazy Arms Dancing

We went to Texas Roadhouse last night for "one last hurrah" before Mommy and I go back to Oregon after our vacation to Georgia for Christmas. I like to dance, but I was stuck in a highchair. When loud music came on (some people were dancing), my arms had to dance!

My first Dork Box

On November 22nd, I got my first "Dork Box." When Mommy was in college, Gramma Kimmy sent her and her roommates packages of goodies for holidays. After awhile, she'd warn Mommy "you're gonna think I'm such a dork" because of the silly things she'd send. Eventually, the packages were termed "dork box" and Mommy and her roommates, and later on Auntie Caitlin and her roommates, loved getting their dork boxes in the mail!

I got lots of new clothes and a special book for Thanksgiving!

Here I am in one of my new outfits. It made my belly look HUGE! (the pictures don't do it justice)

And here I am in another one of my new outfits. Gramma Kimmy loves this one. I'm even wearing it today while Mommy finally updates my blog! These pictures were on my ten month birthday!

Belated Thanksgiving

This year I had my first Thanksgiving! I tried some turkey and seemed to like it.

I look quite cheesily adorable in this picture, huh?
